Remove up to two (2) accessible electrical panel covers to professionally clean and perform a detailed visual safety inspection.
Verify and re-torque all accessible conductor terminations to manufacturer specifications to help prevent overheating and fire risk.
Remove up to two (2) accessible air conditioning disconnect covers and verify all conductor terminations are torqued to manufacturer specifications.
Visually inspect accessible oven/range receptacle and plug connections.
Visually inspect accessible clothes dryer receptacle and plug connections.

Use an infrared thermometer to quickly and safely identify abnormal heat within electrical panels.

First was to install additional Ethernet drops using Cat 5e cable in several areas in our new home. Wired Ethernet is faster than WiFi. The came in a crawled around in the attic space installing the cables to our Router cabinet. We have fiber at 2GIG into the house. They also installed some automatic switches that turn on lights in some rooms automatically. Cost was reasonable. The workers are excellent and cleaned up after themselves Today they installed a new 240 VAC EV charger with copper wire sized for a future amperage rating of 48 amps. We only have a plug-in hybrid and did not need the higher capacity wire but if we sell it could be a significant advantage at sale time. Again, the same crew came and did a faboulous job. Gave the workers a $100 tip each. They deserved it. I love these guys. Richard

The owner Brian came out the very next morning to look at our situation and quote us on the job Brian was very personable and easy to speak with. I thought his estimate was very reasonable and asked when he could do the job. He said that he actually had an opening the following morning which worked out perfectly for us. The following morning Brian arrived with 2 of his employees. He walked them through what we discussed.  His employees were very professional and completed the job quickly.
