Mark Holm is a native New York resident who moved from Long Island NY to Waxhaw, NC in 2022. Mark and his wife have four beautiful children and love living here. Mark has over 11 years of experience as an electrician which he obtained mostly in NY, working on and managing large residential and commercial projects. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Magnetic Electric and a level of professionalism you won’t find anywhere else.

With extensive experience in both commercial and residential electrical work, Paul has been serving Charlotte and the surrounding communities with dependable, high-quality service. Drawing on his broad background, Paul is skilled at quickly identifying and resolving a wide range of electrical issues. He is known for his personable nature, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-tier electrical solutions that customers can trust.

Ruben is a professional electrician with several years of hands-on experience in the trade. He takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality workmanship with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. Whether performing troubleshooting, installations, or system upgrades, Ruben approaches every project with careful attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right. Outside of work, Ruben is an avid soccer enthusiast who enjoys both playing and following the game. The discipline, teamwork, and work ethic he has developed through soccer carry over into his professional life and every project he undertakes. Ruben believes in clear communication, honest work, and building long-term trust with each client he serves.

Elijah McAllister began his electrical career in 2023 and joined Magnetic Electric in May of 2025. He has developed a strong foundation in both residential and commercial electrical work through extensive hands-on jobsite experience. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, Elijah approaches every project with professionalism and care. He is highly motivated to continue expanding his skills and takes pride in delivering dependable, high-quality workmanship as a valued member of the Magnetic Electric team.

Lucas VanHeule is a lifelong North Carolina resident, with roots stretching from the mountains of Boone to the countryside of Waxhaw. An Eagle Scout since 2014, Lucas brings a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and service to everything he does. He has a genuine passion for the outdoors and a commitment to helping others. Lucas began his electrical career in 2021, wiring new construction homes throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Since then, he has expanded his expertise to include remodels, new installations, troubleshooting, commercial projects, and service calls. Known for his friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, Lucas is a valued and welcoming member of the Magnetic Electric team.
Accounts Manager
Amber started at Magnetic Electric in November of 2024 bringing with her, over 10 years of administrative experience in the service and construction industry. Amber quickly made an impact on the company and has essentially become the glue that keeps our machine running flawlessly. Amber also has experience working for a county permitting office which has helped us navigate some technical challenges. She and her son are natives of Waxhaw and we are thrilled to have her onboard.
Marketing/Accounts Manager
Hannah joined Magnetic Electric with a background in communications and visual storytelling. She earned her degree in Communications with a minor in Film Studies from UNC Charlotte and brings a creative and thoughtful approach to marketing the Magnetic Electric brand. Hannah enjoys helping share the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with her dog, and being outdoors.
