We are brand new to Charlotte and needed quite a bit of electric work (home built in 1994). Brian was prompt, understood all our needs and wrote a comprehensive quote. His team was neat, polite, and all work was done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend and will for sure use them again for all my electrical needs. Work completed included adding lights to pantries, closets, new outlets, EV charger etc.

Our home was struck by lightening and when I contacted our trusted electrician, I found out he had retired. He recommended Brian and his team at Magnetic Electric. They were nothing short of amazing to deal with during this very stressful experience. Brian came out to the house within 3 hours of me calling him that morning and walked the house with the fire department. He had a crew at my house that Saturday, for a full day of work. He was in constant communication with me, giving me updates and plans, and extremely quick to respond to any questions. Brian also applied for the permits and arranged the inspections. In total, they were at the house 3 different times to work and got our home safe to live in within a week! We are very thankful for their willingness to help us during an emergent time. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of the work and felt safe moving back into our home after they completed their work and analysis. We will be using them again for any future electrical work (hopefully non-emergent next time! ) So if you need any electrical work, don’t hesitate to contact Magnetic Electric!!

UPDATE: This guy really is awesome!! Brian had a full schedule today but went out of his way to swing by our house to check out a breaker we're having trouble with. He was able to provide a temporary solution to get us through the weekend (mind you, he was about to head out of town and STILL came over) and will be back to fix the issue next week. One of the most honest, reliable and downright caring guys we know. Couldn't recommend him more!
Brian is world class! Very hard to find companies that are responsive, service oriented, on time and extremely fair but look no further, it's here! Brian is local to Waxhaw and has installed 3 ceilings fans, rewired outlets, added dimmers, installed new outlets, installed a gorgeous chandelier, installed an office light fixture, added in a ton of recessed lighting, etc. He's come back 3-4 times for different jobs we've wanted and he is our go-to for EVERYTHING electrical related. We love his work, he's trustworthy (had to run some errands and he stayed at home with our dog!) and has so much pride in what he does. Literally will never look somewhere else for our electrical needs.

Brian at Magnetic was fantastic - extremely responsive and easy to work with. Wasn’t trying to sell us on more than we wanted at the moment but gave us all the info we needed to make those decisions ourselves. He installed some recessed lighting in our new house and they are working flawlessly. If there ever came a time they might not be, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring Brian back out and I’m confident he would make it right.

Brian with Magnetic Electric is the best! He’s extremely responsive, fairly priced and goes above and beyond to make your electrical needs work. One of the several electrically based upgrades we had done included replacement of our kitchen lights. Brian had to go through a few different options to find something that worked because of the way our house was constructed. He never gave up and ensured that we are happy with the end result. Brian was amazing. The one word not above that was most important to me, was "honest" business man. That is hard to find these days. He was super punctual, worked around my schedule so very flexible, and explained everything to me in detail. I will most definitely be returning to him for future business.
